1. How do I enrol in a training session?
There are three ways that you can enroll in a training session. You can register online on our website at the respective web pages for the course you are interested in, drop us an email to ‘register@adonaitraining.com’ or simply give us a at (65) 6300-7759 to reserve a place.
2. How do I cancel my registration for a training session?
You may cancel your registration by sending us an email stating your intent. If you cancel your registration and received a confirmation email from us 14 days before the start of the session, you will be entitled to a full refund. If cancellation is received less than 14 days from the start of the course, a $50 administration fees will be deducted from the total fee due for refund. There will be no refund during or after the session if the participant fails to inform Adonai.
3. How is my cancellation confirmed by Adonai?
Upon receiving the cancellation email, Adonai will verify your request and reply within 24 hours on the confirmation of the cancellation and the amount to be refunded to you. If there is no confirmation of cancellation from Adonai within 24 hours, please contact us at (65) 6300-7759 for verification.
4. Can I transfer my course to another date if I cannot make it in the originally booked date?
Transfer of course date is subjected to approval of Adonai and the availability of seats in the next course.
5. How many times can I transfer my course date?
Every participant is allowed to transfer only once.
6. I missed my class. Can I reschedule?
You can only join in the next session if there is a recurring class going on.
7. What if the class I want to take is full or closed – is there a wait list?
Yes, there is a wait list. However, to prevent disappointment, you may want to register and secure a seat for the next available class early.
8. When and how will I receive my training materials?
You will receive a hardcopy of the training materials at the start of the session.
9. Do I get a softcopy of the training materials?
Softcopy will not be provided. However, we will be glad to provide you with a new copy should you have lost or dirtied your copy.
10. How do I pay for my registered courses?
Payments may be made online via Paypal on our website. Cash or cheque payment is accepted if you do not have a credit card. For cash and cheque options, please make arrangement for the payment within 7 days upon online registration. You will only be entitled to a seat in the course if your registration is complete and course fee is paid in full before the start of the course.
11. Do you issue receipt for the course fee?
Yes, we do issue receipt for every course registered and paid in full.
12. How many days in advance do I have to pay to get a confirmed seat in the class?
Seats are by confirmed once payment is received. As such, do as pay as soon as possible to ensure your seat in the session.
13. Do I get a certification of participation?
Yes. A certificate will be provided for all courses by Adonai
14. Do I qualify for the bring-a-friend special prices if my friend enrols after I have paid?
Yes. As long as the promotional package is still valid, you are entitled to the bring-a-friend promotion. Refund will be made at the start of the class after your friend has registered and paid for the course fee in full.
15. Is there an instalment plan available for my course?
Instalments are available for selected courses. To check whether your choice course qualifies for instalment, look up on the respective web page on the course or contact us for more details.
16. Are bulk discounts available?

17. How big is the class or seminar size?
The class size is dependent on the type of courses and seminars. It usually ranges from 10 to 30 per course for courses and workshops. For open seminars, it may range up to 200 participants in a seminar.
18. I don’t have a lap top, what should I do if my course requires one?
For classes that require a lap top, we will be providing 2 spare lap top per class. Booking the lap tops are on a first come first serve basis at the event.
19. Is refreshment provided for the class?
Light refreshments will be provided. Halal and vegetarian food will be available as well for our Muslim and Vegetarian participants.
20. How do I check the availability of the class?
